Guarantee

2 year guarantee for workmanship of fittings and diamonds.
 
We are very proud of Lust Pearls and would be concerned about any loss of a diamond and request you contact us even if the guarantee period has passed.
                                                                                    
In the unlikely event of a repair being required please return the item with the “Authenticity Certificate” completed at the time of purchase or receipt showing the Authenticity number.
 
If the item is repaired under guarantee, we will cover the repair cost and return postage in full.  If the item is not under guarantee the client may be responsible for the cost of repair and postage to and from Lust Pearls.
